My relationship with Ian is based on trust and learning things about the other. I have no interest in what he's thinking every single second, because that's his life, not mine. My friendships with people are sort of similar. I love learning what people are thinking through talking and experiencing things with them, if I knew, it'd be boring. :)

I feel that a lot of the time people have work that is very specific to what they are doing and feeling at the time, rarely do I see work that can be taken at any point in someones life and be applied in numerous ways to many many people. There is nothing wrong with the first type of thing, as it is very important to the growth of the artist, and often other people. But sometimes finding things that can be spread across to so many can be nice.
